I would have had the whole part of my rocks blocking the pathway done today if it was not for the fact that it took me all day to figure out why my first stage animation was not playing... something simple too does that not figure
Turns out that just placing my model in the scene without an animation made it not want to work even though the same process had in the past. For some reason I had to use my actual import that had the animation already on the FBX file, add the java scripts and place the appropriate items in the inspector and then it worked. I'm doing this the same way I made the "Old Farm Gate" where if you HAVE the gate key and walk up to the gate, press [Q] key the gate plays the "unlock animation", in this case the "Place Dynamite" animation. Press the [Q] key again and then the "Gate Swings open animation", in this case, start the "detonation animation" which will have a lighting of the dynamite fuze and then the explosion.
Anyways I have it now where if you HAVE the dynamite you can walk up to the rocks and then Place the Dynamite as seen here.
I made one of the rocks a different texture so it stands out as perhaps the right place to put the dynamite... although I don't think it would have taken someone long to figure out where best to put it. I thought about having a glowing "X" on the ground ONLY if you HAVE the dynamite to signify where to place it... but naw... not unless it does seem difficult to figure out....
